Ongoing Comitment to Diversity
  Diversity.

In 2003, the Women in the Winners Circle Foundation developed a new descriptive tagline to use in its marketing materials and communications activities.

“We chose the words ‘A Driving Force for Diversity’ because they position our mission for diversity as an active, ‘go-for-it’ passion,” Lyn explains. “What we need to communicate is that we don’t just sit around talking about change. We’re out there all the time trying to find ways to raise the perception of women in motorsports. If we’re successful, then greater opportunities will follow.”
